We start the journey with an in-depth onboarding meeting to truly understand who you are as a business, what you do, and why it matters to your customers. This crucial step allows us to develop an app that is a true reflection of your idea.
Meet With Our Team
Share your dreams, ideas, frustrations, and marketing overview with a member of our team. We will take that information, review your marketing, and send a proposal for your new project. Within that meeting (phone, video, or in-person), we start the groundwork for a lifetime relationship.
Accept Your Proposal & Contract
After you receive the proposal, select your preferred options and click accept. We’ll send over your agreement, invoice, and onboarding questionnaire to get things started. You’ll want to book your onboarding meeting as soon as possible so that we can begin work on your project.
Attend Your Onboarding Meeting
You’ll meet with our creative marketing professionals to tell us your story, your vision, and your goals. Our team members are subject matter experts in numerous areas that will help guide you through what we need and how we will help you with your specific goals.
Provide Passwords, Photos, & Info
Through our onboarding system, you’ll provide your contact information, passwords, photos, logos, marketing files, and an overview of your marketing plans. We utilize all of this to be able to move smoothly through your project with minimal interruptions to your life.

Add us as admin to your Google Developer Account
- Open Play Console.
- On the left menu, go to Users and permissions.
* To add new users, go to Invite new users. - Enter the email address netgalaxydevelopment@gmail.com
- Choose the Admin (All Permissions) in your developer account using the Account permissions tab.
- Select Invite user.
Add us as admin to your Apple Developer Account
- Login to App Store Connect
- Open the Users and Access section.
- Click the ‘+’ button in the top-left corner of the page.
- Enter the new users details (add email itunesconnect@netgalaxystudios.com).
- Grant the Admin role.
- Enable ‘Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles’.
- Click Invite to send an invite to the new users email address.
- Have the new user accept the invite in their mailbox to finish the process.
