Onboarding & Ideation
~2-4 hours
First things first, we need to discuss your idea! You will meet with us either in person or via video call for a brainstorming session to hash out the details of your app. We want to know what problem your app is solving and how it will solve that problem. Next, we will discuss what features are important to have in the app and how to lay it out in the most user-friendly manner. In this stage, we will also send you an onboarding form to fill out with important information needed to build your app.
Prototype
~2-3 Weeks
Time to design your app! Our Designer will create a mockup version of your app, known as a prototype. This will allow you to click through the different screens and verify that all elements and functionality match your expectations. This is a crucial part of the process to nail down every detail of the app before it goes into development.
Development
~3-6 months (depending on app size and complexity)
Once you have given approval on your prototype, our developer will begin developing the app. We will meet with you periodically to confirm that the app is still moving in the proper direction.
Alpha & Beta Testing
~3-6 weeks
Now for the fun part - testing your app! We will send you a test version of the app to test and share with additional participants. The goal of Alpha and Beta testing is to essentially gather feedback from other users regarding functionality and design, and address them before submitting to the app stores.
App Maintenance
Ongoing
Once the app is submitted to the stores, we provide ongoing support such as resubmission to the app stores to comply with ever-changing policies, as well as any changes.
