Research for Nov. 2014 conducted by The Search Agency found U.S. print news and media companies have embraced mobile sites, but speed remains an issue. None of the sites studied were able to meet Google’s recommendation for a five-second load time, and average load times weren’t even close, including 67.4 seconds for dedicated mobile.
