Less than a year after launching its filmmaking arm, The Economist announced a slate of new video offerings at its inaugural NewFronts presentation on Tuesday. The British publisher introduced Espresso TV, a daily video explainer to be featured on the Economist Espresso app, as well as plans to pursue virtual reality storytelling at its New York media lab, Marty Swant reports.
