Emily Steel writes Verizon Hearst Media Partners will launch this spring with two video channels: RatedRed.com, which will feature non-scripted news and content; and Seriously.TV, which will take a more comedic approach to current events. The programming is intended for viewers to watch on mobile devices and will be available via Verizon’s Go90 streaming service and also on computers and TV.
