Journalists will be allowed to use Instagram, Twitter and other social media to post still photos and news from the Sochi Olympics, International Olympic Committee spokesman Mark Adams said. The clarification comes after multiple reports that journalists would not allowed to use mobile devices during their time at the Sochi Olympics, which seemed to stem from remarks reportedly made by the head of the state-run R-Sport news agency about using mobile devices to shoot video, which is banned.
