At newspaper publisher Lee Enterprises, the future is mobile, according to James Green, the company’s VP of digital. Green sees the need for Lee to monetize mobile, where 40% of its readers are now consuming content. “We have a tremendous opportunity to figure out how it is that people are not only engaging in mobile devices, but how are we going to continue to drive some sort of revenue stream from them,” Green says.
